Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT PAYMENT
To secure the booking we require your written confirmation to book the villa. We will then send you a pro forma invoice for a deposit payment, which varies between 30% and 50% of the total rental outlay. Payments can be made either by bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in US Dollars or by Credit Card Debit Authorization for Visa and Master Card.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The balance of payment is required 45 days prior to arrival.

1. Payment by Telegraphic Transfer
For Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments we require the full rental charge amount to be received in our Bank Account. Any bank fees are to be applied to your own bank account.

2. Payment by Credit Card Authorization
Payment by Credit Card Debit Authorization is also available by Visa and Master Card only. The Bank will apply a 3.5% Credit Card charge. Due to currency fluctuations we add a further 200 Rupiah to one US Dollar for all transactions.

All Credit Card payments in Indonesia require to be converted into the local Rupiah currency. Credit card payments are calculated on the bank's exchange rate on the day of processing. Differences in personal statement balance can occur and are due to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and length bank processing time. Bali Vacation Properties cannot be held responsible for these differences.

For all Credit Card Transactions we require the following to be returned by facsimile to enable us to complete a Credit Card transaction.

  • a photocopy of your Credit Card, both front and back, with the Credit card numbers clearly legible
  • a photocopy of the first page of your Passport with photograph and Passport Number
  • a signed Debit Authorization Form

As all villa bookings are on a 'first come first served' basis, we recommend that you settle payment as soon as possible. Upon receipt of your written villa booking confirmation, we will hold the villa booking open for 5 working days to allow for the processing of payments.
