"Hi Dewi,

Sorry its taken me a week to e mail you but we hit the ground running as soon as we got home. We all agree that it was, without a doubt, the best holiday that we have ever had.

Having been to Thailand a few times I have always maintained that there are no people in the world as lovely as the Thai people but now that I have met the Balinese I take it all back. We have never felt so at home, so far away from home and everyone that we met, including you of course, was so wonderful that we feel like we have left family behind.

All the girls at Sungai Tinggi were so kind and loving, especially with the children, we miss you all terribly. And Kadek's cooking. Well, what can I say, I have never eaten such amazing food day after day and life just doesn¹t feel the same without our fix of Nasi Goreng and spring rolls!

We have been telling all our friends what a wonderful place Bali is and I have sent your details on to quite a few people who have shown interest in coming to stay in one of your houses so I hope they go ahead with it. We¹ll carry on spreading the word over here and I¹m sure anyway that things will start to pick up for you soon, especially now that the war is over and the SARS situation seems to be getting more under control.

Thank you so much dewi for looking after us so wonderfully and giving us a truly amazing holiday. It was even better than we could possibly have hoped and we will definitely be coming back. Please send all our love to all the girls at Sungai Tinggi and everyone at Dream River and of course to Nyoman and Kadek the drivers who took care of us all so well.
