Located in the popular Tanjung Benoa white sand beach front on the south-estern coast of Bali adjacent the well known Nusa Dua area of Bali. The Conrad Hotel is on the opposite side of the quiet laneway. Only a 20 miinutes drive from Bali’s International airport gets your to this delightful tropical beachside retreat.

Introduction
Villa Balta is hidden away down a quiet laneway in a peaceful area of Tanjung Benoa. Whether for a romantic holiday for two, a family, or enjoying time away with friends, Villa Balta is a perfect Bali getaway. The calm waters and white sand beach have made Tanjung Benoa, one of the prime water sport areas of Bali. There is a wonderful 5 km walking track on the front beach. A full array of diving, paragliding, jet ski and boat riding options to enjoy, all with 5 minutes walk from the villa. For the golf enthusiast, the Nusa Dua Golf Club is only a 10 minutes drive. Undercover Tennis courts are available both at the Hilton and Nikko Hotels, also less than a 10 minutes drive.

Accommodation
Villa Balta is a two level cottage that has been totally refreshed, with white and blue accents. The villa has a private entry, pool and courtyard garden and comes with a full compliment of staff.

The Villa has 2 equal size king sized bedrooms, both with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs is a lovely daybed and relaxation area with ocean views, with Television . A third bedroom option is available by converting the upstairs daybed. All bedrooms have 100% cotton lines, lightweight duvets and mosquito netting, wardrobes and luggage storage and safety security box.

The downstairs bedrooms are separated by a living and dining area which overlooks the pool and garden. The kitchen is in a separate pavillion, at the rear of the living area accessed by a covered walkway. A full time cook, 2 house staff, a gardener and pool attendant and night security will all ensure that you enjoy the most carefree and totally special holiday, with the unique Balinese hospitality that makes so many people return to Bali again and again.

Pool and Garden
A few short steps lead from the living room into the neat grassed garden, with a 7m x 4.5 metre natural stone lined swimming pool.

 

Facilities
The Villa has high speed wireless internet connection. Telephone, Television, Satellite, DVD and CD facilities are available. The needs of the very young are catered for with a baby cot and high chair on request.

Staff
Villa Balta is fully serviced by:

• 1 Part time Villa Manager
  who oversees and co ordinates the staff and property so that it is perfectly presented and maintained for the duration of your stay. The Villa Manager is also available to assist with any guest needs such as flight confirmation, car rental, restaurant and tour bookings.
• 1 Full Time Cook 
  Trained in the preparation of local and internation cuisine. A menu is provide and the cook will do all the market shopping for you.
• 2 House Staff
  Responsible for the housekeeping duties, laundry and assisting with waiter service for the meals.
• 1 Gardener
  Tending to the garden discreetly, and timed around your activities
• 1 Pool Attendant
  Cleaning and maintaing the pool.
• 1 Night Security
  Patrol the grounds and guards the entrance of the villa from dusk to dawn
